In Houliang (907-923), the capital of Houliang was Kaifeng (now Kaifeng, Henan). Zhu Quanzhong, the Emperor Taizu of the Later Liang Dynasty, was originally a general of Huang Chao, who helped Huang Chao capture the two capitals. Later, because Huang Chao was about to lose, he surrendered to the Tang Dynasty and was granted the title of the governor of the Xuanwu Army. Finally, he killed Tang Zhaozong and took control of the central government. Finally, in the fourth year of Tianyou (907), Emperor Ai ascended to the throne and the Later Liang was established.

The Later Tang Dynasty (923 — 936) was a feudal dynasty founded by the Shatuo nationality during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, with Luoyang as its capital. In 896, the Hedong control made Li Keyong the king of Jin, and Hedong was divided. Li Keyong died in 908, and his son Li Cunxu was promoted to the throne. In 923, Li Cunxu proclaimed himself emperor in Weizhou (now Anyang, Henan). At the end of the same year, Li Cun Castrol destroyed Houliang and set the capital in Luoyang, which was called the Later Tang.

The late Jin Dynasty (936-947) was the third political power of the Five Dynasties. In the summer of the third year of the Qing Dynasty in the late Tang Dynasty (AD 936), Shi Jingtang, the left-behind governor of Taiyuan and our governor of Hedong, colluded with the Khitan, recognized the Khitan emperor Yelu Deguang as his father, and at the expense of the sixteen states of Youyun, he was crowned emperor in Taiyuan with the support of Khitan, whose country name was Jin, which was called the late Jin in history.

In the later Han Dynasty (947-950), after the fall of the late Tang Dynasty, Shi Jingxing established and appointed Liu Zhiyuan as the envoy of Hedong Festival.
