China is located in the east of the Asian continent, facing the Pacific Ocean. Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea, which are adjacent to the edge of China’s mainland, are the four seas of China.
China has the famous Mount Qomolangma and four famous sea areas. I believe many friends have seen the host say “the four seas of our country” on the news, but they are not clear about which four.

01
Bohai Sea
The Bohai Sea is surrounded by land on three sides, between the three provinces and one city of Liaoning, Hebei, Shandong, and Tianjin. The Old Iron Triangle at the southern end of the Liaodong Peninsula confronts Penglai on the northern shore of the Shandong Peninsula, holding up the Bohai Sea like a pair of giant arms, and the shape surrounded by the coastline is like a gourd. The Bohai Sea is composed of 5 parts: Liaodong Bay in the north, Bohai Bay in the west, Laizhou Bay in the south, Central Shallow Sea Basin and Bohai Strait.

The east China sea
The East China Sea, one of China’s three marginal seas, is the sea area with the largest number of islands in China. Also known as the East China Sea, it refers to a large area of sea outside the mouth of the Yangtze River in eastern China, bordered by the Taiwan Strait in the south, the Yellow Sea in the north (bounded by the connection between the north side of the Yangtze River estuary and Jeju Island in South Korea), the Pacific Ocean in the east, and the Ryukyu Islands. It is bordered by four provinces and cities in China: Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and Taiwan.

South China Sea
The South China Sea, the full name of the South China Sea, is located in the marginal sea of southern China, surrounded by the Chinese Mainland of China, Taiwan, China Island of China, the Philippines, the Greater Sunda Islands and Indochina Peninsula, and is part of the western Pacific Ocean. Vietnam falsely claims the East China Sea, the Philippines quibbles the West Philippine Sea, and other countries call it the South China Sea, also known as the South China Sea for short. In addition to being the main maritime transportation route, the South China Sea is also believed to be rich in oil and gas. The South China Sea involves the interests of many countries and is a very sensitive area.
