In addition to the traditional festival of the Yi people, the Torch Festival is also a traditional festival of the Bai, Naxi, Jino, Lahu and other ethnic groups, but there will be differences in the time of holding it.

Generally speaking, the Yi, Naxi and Jinuo people hold the Torch Festival on 24 June of the lunar calendar, while the Bai nationality holds the Torch Festival on June 25 and the Lahu nationality on June 20 for a period of about 2-3 days.

The Torch Festival is celebrated for three days:

Day 1: Fire sacrifice. On this day, everyone wore their beloved dress, happy.
