Three meetings and one lesson, commonly known as the “three meetings in one lesson” system, is to hold a branch general party membership meeting, a branch committee, and a party group meeting at a specified time to have a good party class on time. The main contents are: to educate party member and activists who join the Party in party spirit, basic knowledge of the Party, current affairs politics, science, technology and culture, etc.

The branch committee shall be held once a month and presided over by the secretary of the party branch. 3. To study the party’s construction and the management of party members; 4. To study the selection and adjustment of cadres; 5. To study the training and development of new party members; 6. Discuss and study issues related to mass work.

Party member meeting of the branch: held quarterly, presided over by the secretary or deputy secretary. If the secretary or deputy secretary is absent, it can be presided over by the branch members. The main contents are: 1. Communicate and study the party’s line, principles, policies and resolutions and instructions of the party organization at higher levels, and formulate plans and measures for the implementation of the unit; 2. Regularly listen to and discuss the work reports of Party branch committees, and review and supervise the work of Party branch committees; 3. Discuss and accept new Party members and probationary Party members, and discuss and decide on the commendation and punishment of Party members; 4. To Elect Branch Committees and attend party congresses at higher levels; 5. To discuss and decide on other important issues that need to be discussed and decided by branch party congresses.

Party group meeting: held quarterly, presided over by the leader of the Party group. The main contents are: 1. Study the spirit of the relevant documents of the superior organization, the Party newspa 2, the reporting party members personal ideas and work situation, analysis of this group of party members and the masses thought condition, carry out criticism and self-criticism; 4. Re-elect group leaders, candidates for branch committees and candidates for delegates attending higher-level party congresses;5. Selecting outstanding party members, discussing the punishment of party members and the work of party affairs.
