Pure grain wine refers to the whole grain fermentation made without the addition of alcohol during the production process. How do we identify this wine? The following small editor will give you a specific introduction.
Details
01
Burning with fire: ignite Baijiu. If it can be burned dry without residual liquid, it is pure grain wine. Conversely, if there is residual liquid, it means it is not pure grain wine.
02
Tasting: After burning Baijiu for a minute, taste it again. If the taste does not change, it is pure grain wine, and the alcohol has only the taste of water.
03
Pour into the glass to observe: after pouring the wine into the glass, shake it gently to see the liquor flow speed, the liquor flow speed is slower than the water flow speed.
04
Smell the fragrance: Pour the white wine into the palm, rub it dry with both hands and then smell it lightly. The pure grain wine has the fragrance of the tangy wine. The longer the fragrance stays, the more the grain wine content will be.
05
Edible oil identification method: drop a drop of edible oil in Baijiu. If the edible oil can naturally spread and sink evenly in the wine, it is expressed as pure grain wine.
